Terms and Conditions
Thank you so much for you order, here is the boring small print…
TIMINGS
Because I make everything by hand my wait times depend on how busy I am and how many days the smalls are in nursery. I aim to make everything within 3 weeks and will inform you if the turn around time changes. If you need an item urgently just let me know and I can pop you further up in the queue and do my best to get items out as soon as possible.
DELIVERY
I post twice a week (Tuesday and Friday) and charge £4.50 for delivery.
RETURNS
Most of my makes aren’t classed as custom items by Paypal as they are made from regular pattern pieces/sizes and can be returned or exchanged without a problem. Occasionally a customer will ask me to order fabric in to make an item or I will alter a pattern/size (eg. age 4 waist, with age 6 length) specifically for a customer and this will make it a ‘custom’ item and I can’t guarantee an exchange or refund but will try my best to work with you to resolve the issue.
Privacy Statement
This privacy policy describes how and when we collect, use and share any information given when you purchase an item from us. In order to fulfil you order we need to collect certain information from you, this includes your name, email and postal address and any measurements or preferences relating to the garments. We need this information to process and create items and it is stored in Facebook and subject to their privacy and access controls as well as ours own. We don’t currently have an email list so email addresses are only used for the purposes of invoicing for you order and answering any customer service queries or keeping you updated on the progress of your orders. Card and bank details are not stored or viewable by Footprints but are held on PayPal, who are GDPR compliant. We do not pass on any information to third parties or store details outside of Facebook and use personal details (names and addresses) to post out orders. In the event of any complaints or disputes this information may be shared with Paypal or other organisations (such as mail carriers). You have the right to ask us what information we hold, why we hold it and to be forgotten, your details will be deleted if you ask us to.
